The brief: answer a couple's first questions before they message

Couples comparing wedding halls tend to ask the same things in the same order. Does the hall look right? How many guests fit? What is actually included in the package? Is our date free? A venue website that hides those answers behind “contact us for details” pushes every one of those questions into the hall's WhatsApp, one conversation at a time.

The first screen leads with the decorated hall itself and two clear actions: get a quote or view the gallery.

The goal was a site that lets visitors answer most of those questions themselves, so the conversations that do reach WhatsApp start further along.

Show every package in full, side by side

The four packages, Wedding, Engagement, Solemnisation and Corporate, sit next to each other with their complete inclusion lists: hall hours, sound system, pelamin and dais, menu items, photo and video coverage. Visitors can compare without opening a PDF or asking for a brochure.

Each package lists its inclusions in full, from hall hours to the menu.

Every package has its own quote button. Tapping it opens WhatsApp with a message that already names the package, so the hall team knows immediately whether they are talking to a couple planning a nikah or a company planning an annual dinner.

Explain what happens between booking and the big day

First-time hosts often do not know what to expect after paying a deposit. The site sets out the path in eight steps: site visit, package selection, booking, deposit, technical meeting, rehearsal, the event day, and delivery of photos and videos. It makes the hall feel organised before anyone has visited.

Supporting sections cover the in-house services couples usually ask about next, including catering, emcee, photography and videography, coordination, sound and lighting, and decoration, followed by a gallery of real events.

Two ways to enquire, both ending in WhatsApp

For visitors who want to send more detail, a form collects the event type, preferred date, guest count and notes, then sends it as a structured WhatsApp message. The hall receives the details it needs for a quote in one message instead of a long back-and-forth.

What other venues can take from this

  • Publish package inclusions. Detail builds trust faster than adjectives.
  • Give each package its own enquiry button with a pre-filled message.
  • Explain the process after booking, not only the sales pitch before it.
  • Use photos of real events in your own hall.
