Property websites for developers and agents in Malaysia
Buyers decide on location, price and layout long before they call. We build property websites that answer those questions in order and send you buyers who are ready to talk.
Discuss your scopeWho we build property websites for
Property developers launching a project, marketing teams selling a single development, and agents who are tired of sending the same brochure PDF on WhatsApp twenty times a day. If your buyers keep asking the same five questions before they book a viewing, those answers belong on the website.
What a property website needs
- Project pages with location, price range, monthly payment and sales status side by side.
- Floor plans, facilities and progress updates buyers can browse on a phone.
- Neighbourhood and transit context, such as nearby schools, shops and LRT access.
- Enquiry paths that separate buyers, agents and investors, so every lead arrives with context.
Price and scope
A focused property website starts from the Business Website package at RM399 for 1–3 pages. Most project launches need more: floor plan galleries, eligibility checks, registration forms or multiple projects. We quote those features in writing after the brief, so you know the total before work starts.

KOPEJA Homes
KOPEJA Homes is a developer in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Its Malay-first website explains PPH, a property payment plan used by several developers, lets buyers check their eligibility, lists projects such as The Geng Residence, and separates registration for buyers, agents and developers. For Sena Residence in Shah Alam, we built a guided sales page covering location, facilities, five floor plan types and a qualifying enquiry form.

Send your project brochure, price list, floor plans, location, sales status and the questions your sales team hears most. Tell us who should receive each type of enquiry. We will suggest the page structure before quoting.
Use the preparation checklist →Questions developers and agents ask
Can buyers register interest before launch?
Yes. A waitlist or registration form can collect name, contact, buying purpose and preferred layout, then send it to your sales team by WhatsApp or email.
Can we add new projects ourselves?
If you expect several projects, we can scope a simple editing portal for project cards and updates. It's quoted separately so you only pay for it if you need it.
Do you write the property copy?
You supply the facts and approved materials. Copywriting is available as an extra, and we always keep prices and claims exactly as your team approves them.
Can the site be in Bahasa Melayu?
Yes. KOPEJA Homes runs in Bahasa Melayu throughout, and a bilingual site can be scoped as well.
