Wedding hall and event venue websites in Malaysia

Couples shortlist venues on their phones at midnight. Give them the packages, capacity and photos they're looking for, and a WhatsApp button that tells you exactly which package they want.

Discuss your scope

Who this is for

Wedding halls, dewan serbaguna, banquet spaces, garden venues and corporate event spaces. If your Instagram gets plenty of likes but your WhatsApp is full of “how much ah?” with no context, a proper venue website does the explaining before the conversation starts.

What couples look for first

  • Every package laid out in full: what's included, guest numbers and starting price.
  • Photos and a short walk through the event day, from site visit to the last guest leaving.
  • Location, parking, capacity and the details couples check before they visit.
  • Quote buttons that open WhatsApp with the package name already filled in.

Price and scope

A single-page venue website can start from the RM250 Landing Page, as Thaqwa Square shows. Venues with several halls, a gallery per package or a date request form usually suit the Business Website (from RM399) or Booking Website (from RM599) packages. Real-time availability calendars and deposits are quoted separately.

Thaqwa Square: website project example

Thaqwa Square

Thaqwa Square in Bandar Seri Putra, Kajang, hosts weddings, engagements, solemnisations and corporate events for up to 450 guests. Its website presents four packages in full, explains the journey to the event day and sends each quote request to WhatsApp with the package already named, so the first reply can be a real answer.

Venue owner questions

Can couples check available dates online?

A date request form is part of the Booking Website package. A live availability calendar that updates automatically is a separate, larger scope we can quote.

Should we show prices?

Showing a starting price per package filters out mismatched enquiries and builds trust. You can still keep final pricing for the conversation.

Can the site handle Malay and English?

Yes. Many venue sites work best in Bahasa Melayu, with English added if you also host corporate events.

Can we update packages ourselves?

If packages change often, we can scope simple editing. Otherwise, small updates are handled during the support period or quoted per change.
